1. The Defendant’s KRW 176 million to the Plaintiff, as well as 5% per annum from November 20, 2017 to November 9, 2018, and the following.

In full view of the purport of the entire pleadings, the facts identical to the entry of the cause of the claim in the attached Form No. 1-1 or 3 (including a document with a serial number, if any) can be acknowledged.

The defendant shall have a prior defense of the time limit already set.

However, there is no proof by the defendant, and we cannot accept the defense.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the annual interest rate of 5% per annum within the scope prescribed by the Commercial Act from November 20, 2017 to November 9, 2018 (the day on which the duplicate of the complaint in this case was served) with the deadline for payment of the construction cost of 176 million won and the interest rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment.

The plaintiff's claim is accepted and the decision is rendered in favor of the plaintiff.
