1. The Defendant’s KRW 150,000,000 for the Plaintiff and the following: 5% per annum from May 20, 2016 to November 5, 2018.

In full view of the purport of the entire pleadings, the facts identical to the entry of the cause of the claim in the attached Form No. 1 through No. 8-3 (including a document with a serial number, if any) can be acknowledged.

According to the facts of recognition, the Defendant is liable to pay the Plaintiff damages amounting to KRW 150,00,000 and damages for delay at the rate of 5% per annum prescribed in the Civil Act from May 20, 2016 to November 5, 2018, and 15% per annum prescribed in the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment.

The plaintiff's claim is accepted and the decision is rendered in favor of the plaintiff.
