The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for each other, except for each fraud against the victim C, D, E, and F.

Punishment of the crime

On November 28, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for six months of imprisonment with prison labor in the Incheon District Court Branch of the Incheon District Court, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on December 6 of the same year.

On August 21, 2013, at the same place as Paragraph 1, the Defendant: (a) posted a false statement to the effect that the victim I would purchase fashion in the “fashion” car page; and (b) received money from the victim to the effect that “B would sell fashion goods to choose fashion goods” in contact with the victim; and (c) received money from the victim to the effect that “B will send fashion goods to choose fashion goods.”

However, since the defendant did not have the above faith, even if he received the money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to give the said faith to the victim.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 100,000 won from the victim to the new bank account in the name of the Defendant, and acquired it by deceiving the victims three times from that time through the above method as shown in the attached Table 1 List, and acquired it by deceiving the victims each of the above methods, and by deceiving them from the victims each of 5,30,000 won.
