A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2015 Highest 2649"

1. Around May 7, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (free license) driving of C truck at a section of about 15 km without obtaining a driver’s license from the front side of Seongbuk-gu Office located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Bomunro, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, to the front side of the Seoul Southernbuk-ro 10, and driving of C truck at a section of about 15 km.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving of Category C cargo vehicles.

On May 7, 2015, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle at around 20:15, and proceeded at about 30 km each hour according to the speed of 10 km from the surface of the Samyang-gu, Seoul Island to the forest of the North Seoul Blus.

At night, the driver of the motor vehicle had a duty of care to safely drive the motor vehicle by seeing the front side and accurately operating the brake system.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected this and caused the victim D (the age of 65) who illegally crosss the right from the left-hand side of the cargo to go beyond the ground by shocking the front part of the driver's seat of the above cargo vehicle.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim within 8 weeks of occupational negligence, such as the left-hand boom, etc.

around 08:00 on July 21, 2015, the Defendant driven EM5 car without obtaining a driving license from the roads near Seongbuk-gu Police Station located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul to the roads in front of 2 km-1, the same Gu Y26-ro 1.

around 15:30 on August 3, 2015, the Defendant driven C cargo in the section of about 20 km without obtaining a driver’s license from the roads near the Daejeon Seo-gu New Carbon and Vibration to the point of 304 km the right to drive the C truck in the section of about 20 km, which is located in the Heung-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do.

The defendant of "2015 Highest 3509" is a new person in the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Newdong around 16:00 on August 30, 2015.
