A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 17:40 on February 7, 2015, the Defendant driving a G Poter truck without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of about 20 meters from the front of the D Factory located in Namyang-si, Namyang-si to the front distance of the E-si at around 17:45 on the same day.
