Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months, and imprisonment with prison labor for six months.

However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. A. Around November 16, 2018, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s head by taking the victim’s head, who was a dangerous object in a knife that the victim E (n, 45 years of age) satisf was satisfing a singing at the Doro 2 underground floor of Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and that the victim E (n,e.g., sat 45 years of age) was satisfing.

B. C. On November 16, 2018, at the same place as the preceding paragraph, at around 05:20, the Defendant 112 reported and sent out on the same ground as the preceding paragraph, and went beyond the floor of the victim H (the age of 46) who is an official belonging to the Changbu Police Station G District G District in the Changbu Police Station, and put the victim H above the floor for approximately two weeks of treatment. Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of official duties in relation to 112 reports and arrest of flagrant offenders, and at the same time, injured the victims.

2. On November 16, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 05:25, at the street in front of Data in the second floor of the window C, Changwon-si; (b) on the part of the victim J (age 36) who was a senior police officer belonging to the Chang-gu Police Station G District G District of the Chang-gu Police Station, the Defendant sent the victim with a face-to-face check and string that require approximately two weeks of medical treatment.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of official duties on arrest of flagrant offenders, and at the same time injured the victim.
