A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Of the facts charged of this case, the prosecution against each of the assaults is dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 03:35, July 8, 2014, the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender under the victim H (the age of 53) who is a guard belonging to the G District in the Cheongju-gu Seoul Metropolitan Police Station G District on the road of “Fju-gu, Cheongju-si,” and requested the Defendant to compulsorily board the front seat of the Cheongju-gu Police Station G District, and walked with the patrol 1 patrol, and walked with the front seat of the patrol Ha, the Defendant’s entry of the Ha was followed by one flow, and the Defendant Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha and Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers with respect to arrest of flagrant offenders, and at the same time, the Defendant inflicted an injury upon a police officer H with which the number of days of treatment cannot be known.

2. At around 05:10 on the same day as the above paragraph 1 above, the Defendant: (a) expressed the desire at the G District Human Rights Protection Office of the Cheongju-gu G District Police Station G District in Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; (b) Cheongju-si; (c) was walking the electric contact room on the left wall of the protection room, thereby impairing the utility of the goods used by the incidental public offices so that the said electrical contact room would be worth 36,300 won for repairing the said electrical contact room.

3. At around 05:28 on the same day, the Defendant suffered obstruction of the performance of official duties and injury in the second patrol, and damage to public goods, at the G District Parking Site of the Cheongju-gu Police Station G District, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, the police officers attempted to board the Defendant at the JJ 2 patrol vehicle in order to escort the said Defendant to the Cheongju-gu Police Station, thereby impairing the utility of goods used by auxiliary public offices so that the said police officers would take the back of the said patrol vehicle or walk up the said patrol vehicle in order to repair the Defendant.

The defendant continues to stand the front and rear part of the victim H's right direction, which is an Inspector belonging to the G District in the Chungcheong Police Station, and the chest of the victim K (the age of 56) who is an Inspector belonging to the G District in the Chungcheong Police Station that prevents him from doing so.
