Reasons
Punishment of the crime

1. At around 22:00 on November 7, 2012, the Defendant stolen approximately KRW 4,000 (50m x 100m x 2m) of approximately KRW 70,00 of the market value of the victim C owned by the victim C at the site of the lake park near Sejong Special Self-Governing City, which was located at the site of the lake and vibration on the fish vibration of Sejong Special Self-Governing City.
In addition, from that to February 24:00 to that of February 4, 2013, the Defendant stolen property worth approximately KRW 13,200,000 in total on four occasions, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Table 1, respectively.
2. At around 23:30 on November 23, 2012, the Defendant driven D 2 truck without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of about 20km from the nearest road in the lake park located in the control vibration of Sejong Special Self-Governing City to the road in front of the main performance apartment in Sejong Special Self-Governing City at around 24:00 on the same day.
In addition, from February 5, 2013 to February 04:00, the Defendant driven the D Ⅱ truck without obtaining a driver’s license for a total of four occasions as shown in the attached Table 2 Crime List.

1. At around 23:00 on February 8, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stolen and stolen approximately 2,000 tons of steel bars worth KRW 2,00,000 on the spot of the high-speed rail construction site owned and managed by the F (Representative G) in the Damage Settlement Co., Ltd., the Defendant: (b) loaded at the open site of the high-speed rail construction site located in the location; and (c) loaded them into Dpoter II.
2. From February 17:00 on the same day to 23:00 on the same day, the Defendant driven a DPoter II truck without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of about 20 km from around the 206 Cheongju-dong Seo-dong, Ho-dong, Sung-dong, Cheongju-dong to the roads adjacent to the open storage site in the construction site for the high-speed railway located in the Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do.
