Punishment of the crime

1. At around 08:10 on August 7, 2012, the Defendant, together with C, discovered construction materials worth KRW 500,000,000 at the market price, such as one sn beam, two water pipes (4m), one water pipe (4m), two water pipe pipe (4m), two water pipe pipe (4m), and one snick lid, etc., in which the Defendant loaded the said cargo vehicle, and then stolen it by driving and reducing the said cargo vehicle.

2. On March 25, 2013, at around 22:00, the Defendant, together with C, stolen the Defendant’s agricultural management equipment (M010618) owned by the victim I equivalent to KRW 2.7 million at the market price of the instant dry field, at the time of loading the cargo vehicles specified in paragraph (2).
4. On March 29, 2013, the Defendant, together with C, stolen the agricultural management machinery (BA80-4041) owned by the victim K and the agricultural management machinery (BA80-4041) equivalent to KRW 1.5 million, which was kept in the said Haws’ greenhouse, at the lower court’s greenhouse around 17:00, 2013, by carrying the freight onto the freight vehicles listed in paragraph (2).
5. On April 9, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by carrying the freight onto the freight vehicles listed in paragraph (2) by entering the 1,500,000 won (1.5 million won) of the market price in the vicinity of a vinyl greenhouse of the Danbuk-gun L, a Dondong, which was set up on the street, together with C.
6. At around 23:00 on May 1, 2013, the Defendant, together with N, was established at the construction site of the access road to the Cheongju Airport located in the Cheongju Airport, the Cheongju Airport, the Cheongbuk-gun, the Cheongbuk-gun, the 200,000 won of the market price.
