A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who goes out of the election of the president of the Busan Metropolitan City Saemaul Bank, which was held on January 24, 2014.

No one shall provide, express an intention to provide, or promise to provide money, entertainment, other property benefits, or public or private positions to any member or his/her family member for the purpose of having him/herself or a specific person elected or not to be elected as an executive of a community credit cooperative.

Nevertheless, on January 2014, the Defendant found the residence of the representatives of the above community credit cooperatives D and 1105 located in Busan, Nam-gu, Busan, and the above community credit cooperatives D and 1105, and provided E with money and valuables equivalent to KRW 2,40,000,00 in total, including providing EXE at a large amount of KRW 20,00 won at the market price, from around December 2013 to early January 2014, 2014.
