On August 2012, 2012, when I, who was the chief director of the Busan High Military Depository, died, the special election was held to elect the chief director of the above High Military Depository on the 29th of the same month. At the time, Defendant A was in charge of directors of the above High Military Depository as a member of the Busan High Military Depository, and Defendant B was a representative of the above High Military Depository.

The Defendants maintained close friendly relationship by holding a friendship group called K for a long time with J, which was expected to leave the said H, as a candidate for the special election of the president of the H, community credit cooperatives.

On August 2012, the Defendants accepted the request of the J to help him to be a candidate for the president, and the Defendants were willing to receive money from the J for the purpose of getting himself to be elected or to provide the members with money received from the J for the purpose of getting himself to be elected.

1. Defendant A

As a result, the Defendant received money and valuables provided by J for the purpose of getting himself to be elected as the president of the above H community credit cooperatives.
