Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 3, 2013, at around 22:40, the Defendant: (a) expressed the Defendant’s desire on July 3, 2013, 112 that the Defendant did not pay the cost for use at DPCs operated by Nam-gu, Gwangju, the Namnam Police Station E-gu, Gwangju, the Police Station E-gu, Gwangju, and called “Isn't know of the demand for presentation of identification card,” “Isn't know of the demand for presentation of identification card,” “Isn't know of the f's face, he spits down the f’s face, and fl's left part of the G, and fl's left part was drinking once.

While the Defendant was arrested as a crime of obstruction of performance of official duties and moved along the patrol vehicle to E zone, the Defendant spited the F’s head on the police officer’s head with sound called “I am, I am, and I am.” The Defendant spited the F as an additional crime, and expressed that “I ambl, I am, I am, and I am. I am.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers on crime restraint and maintenance of public order.
