A Imprisonment with prison labor of one year and two months, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of six months.
However, as to the Defendants, this is against the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant purchased ten insurance proceeds from June 22, 2007 to December 11, 2007, respectively from 8 insurance companies, including Samsung C&T Co., Ltd., Samsung C&T Co., Ltd., and around May 14, 2008, in the “F convalescent Hospital” located in Jeollabuk-si, Jeollabuk-do, Jeollabuk-do, for a minor injury, even if hospitalization is necessary, long-term hospitalization is unnecessary and short-term hospitalization is possible. However, even from around that time to June 9, 2008, the Defendant pretended to be hospitalized in the name of “slock, full-time, and blue” under the victim’s name, and received insurance proceeds from the victim’s total insurance proceeds to the Samsung Life Co.,, Ltd., Ltd., with a false certificate of entry and discharge on June 9, 2008, and received insurance proceeds from the victim’s total insurance proceeds and KRW 1081,610,716,781,608).
Accordingly, the defendant was informed of the victims and received property.
2. From June 22, 2007 to February 3, 2010, the Defendant subscribed to 11 insurance products from the victim Samsung C through the defendant Samsung Life Insurance Co., Ltd. to 10 insurance companies, such as Samsung C&T dividends, 3.1, etc., and around September 18, 2008, the facts at H Hospital located in Jeollabuk-si G in Jeollabuk-si, Jeollabuk-do are minor injuries, even if the hospitalization is necessary, long-term hospitalization is unnecessary and short-term hospitalization is possible. However, even from around that time to October 2, 2008, the Defendant pretended to be hospitalized in the name of the disease of the "Tanchee, Gyeong-si, Gyeong-si, and Ma-si infection" for 15 days from that time, and the Defendant claimed false entry and discharge of the insurance proceeds from the above Samsung Life Insurance Co., Ltd. to the above hospital with the victim’s certificate on October 2, 2008.
