A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 6, 2015, at around 18:45, the Defendant: (a) in the dwelling of the Defendant located in the second floor in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the second floor; (b) on the ground that there was a dispute over the victim D (49 years of age), victim E (n, 46 years of age) and the Defendant’s delinquency, the Defendant took a knife (31cm in length: approximately 31cm in length, 20cm in length: : 20cm in length) kept in the Defendant’s dwelling room; and (c) entered the second floor of the said house and brought the victims living in the dwelling room, and took the knife of the above knife, as the Defendant knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife.

Accordingly, the defendant carried a dangerous knife, and threatened victims.
