Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On March 25, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Toxic Chemicals Control Act by the Seoul Northern District Court (hereinafter “Seoul Northern District Court”) and completed the execution of the sentence in the astronomical Prison on February 11, 2016 and had the same record of force ten times.

[2] On February 15, 2016, the Defendant inhaled hallucinogenic substances in the vicinity of the E-transmission tower in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, around February 15, 2016, by inserting a 300ml containing Toluene or a 300ml containing hallucinogenic substances purchased in advance into a white vinyl paper for about 10 minutes, and then inserting them at the entrance of the paper.
