Punishment of the crime

Around November 15, 2013, the Defendant prepared a false complaint with respect to C and D using a test color pen on the site of a complaint in the Seoul Gangnam Police Station civil petition room located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government within the area of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

The complaint was the content that C and D illegally arrested the defendant, a police officer belonging to the Seoul Gangseo-gu Police Station E district police station, was an illegal arrest.

On December 4, 2013, at the office of the Seoul Gangseo-gu Police Station Intelligent Criminal Investigation Team, the Defendant made a statement on the supplement of a complaint in relation to the above accusation case, despite the fact that, at around 00:30 on November 5, 2013, the Defendant did not wish to C and D, a police officer dispatched to the place, but he was arrested as an offender in the crime of insult.
