A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 11, 201, the fraud Defendant: (a) at the home of the victim C, the victim No. 204, 704, and 704, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do building B; and (b) even though the Defendant was not delegated or consented to receive 30,000,000 won of the deposit money from D, the said apartment lessor, it was false that D delegated the Defendant to renew the contract by raising the deposit money from KRW 110,00,000 to KRW 30,000,000,000 from the victim on the same day.

Thus, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim as above.

2. The Defendant prepared a real estate lease contract at the above date, time, and place, and entered the lessor’s resident registration number column into “E”, “D”, “F” and “A” in the resident registration number column, and affixed the Defendant’s seal on the name of the agent.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the defendant prepared a copy of the real estate lease contract, which is a private document on rights and obligations, using the qualification of the agent of the above D.

3. The Defendant: (a) delivered the real estate lease contract prepared at the above time and at the above place to C and exercised it as if it had been duly formed.

4. On March 20, 201, the Defendant forged private documents at the Defendant’s house located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, stating “C” in the name column of KRW 200,000 (Won 200,000) and “H” and “C” in the resident registration number column of the lessee, and affixed the said C’s seal that the Defendant had, in advance, posted on his name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged one copy of the real estate lease contract in the name of C, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

5. The Defendant’s uttering of a documentary investigation document is on the street in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-do around March 21, 201.
