A On September 1, 2011, the Busan District Court has been sentenced to two years of suspension of execution for the violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning Regulation and Punishment of Speculative Acts, etc. at the Busan District Court, and the same month.
9. The above judgment became final and conclusive.
The Defendants, together with F, G, H, I, J, K, K, L, M, N,O, and P, leased the name of "R", "T" from Q, "V", and "V" from U, and then installed a credit card terminal at an entertainment business establishment in Busan, Changwon, Ulsan, and Ulsan, with a registered card number of "R", "T", and "V", had the said entertainment business owner settle the credit card received from customers with the above credit card terminal, and the said entertainment business owner agreed to use the credit card number after deducting credit card commission and card-based fee from the settlement amount deposited from the credit card company to provide a so-called card-based tin business for entertainment business, and Defendant A was in charge of taking charge of water color and introduction of investors for card-based business, and Defendant B was in charge of investing funds in the card-based business.
1. On November 13, 2009, the Defendants of the franchise store “R” in collusion with F, etc., issued sales slips equivalent to KRW 422,00,00 as if X provided no goods or services to F, and extended the remaining funds after deducting approximately KRW 13% of the commission from the payment of the above payment to F, etc. from around December 22, 2009 to KRW 332,980,000 in total over 639 times, as indicated in the attached Table 1 of the Crimes List from around December 22, 2009.
2. The Defendants using the franchise store “T” are in collusion with F, etc., and around 21:59 on Nov. 13, 2009, located on the third floor of the Busan Y building and registered on the foreign exchange card company.
