A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, along with G, H, I, J, K, K, L, M,O, P, Q, R, etc., leased the name of credit card member stores in the name of "T" and "V" from "T" and "V," and then installed a credit card terminal with the registered card number of "T" and "V" at "T" at the entertainment establishments of Busan, Changwon, Ulsan, and Ulsan, and had the above entertainment establishments pay the credit card received from customers to the above credit card terminal, after having the said entertainment establishments pay the credit card amount received from customers using the above credit card terminal, the Defendant recruited to provide a so-called card member shop business that lends the remaining money after deducting card fees and card member's fee from the settlement amount deposited from the credit card company, and the Defendant was in charge of introducing investors and false member shops necessary for the business of card member shops.

1. On November 13, 2009, the Defendant, in collusion with the above G, etc., issued sales slips of amounting to KRW 422,00,00 as if he had not provided goods or services to X, and extended the remaining funds after deducting approximately 13% of the commission amount from the above payment amount to the influent business place in which the above X actually settled the card. From around that time to December 22, 2009, the Defendant provided financing of the total amount of KRW 332,980,000 over 639 times in total, as shown in the attached Table 1 of Crimes List from around December 22, 2009.

2. On November 13, 2009, the Defendant in collusion with the above G, etc., issued sales slips equivalent to KRW 380,000 as if he provided goods or services to the Z although he did not provide goods or services to the Z, and provided the remaining funds after deducting approximately 13% of the total fee from the payment for the following day to the 9% of the entertainment tavern in the address where the Z actually was actually carded.
