A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is between the victim C and the victim C.

The written indictment is written as “a person who was in a de facto marital relationship,” but it is difficult to recognize a de facto marital relationship in light of evidence.

1. Violence;

A. On May 17, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime committed on May 17, 2016, on the ground that, around 02:00 on May 17, 2016, the victimized person was late at the victim’s residence located in Silung-si D’s residence, and was assaulted at the time of her female’s her her her son and son.

On January 9, 2017, the Defendant committed a crime on January 22:10, 2017, and around January 22:10, 2017, the Defendant paid the victim a mobile phone fee and paid 100,000 won in cash to the victim at the above victim’s residence. However, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s face on the ground that the victim did not pay money in cash.

On January 10, 2017, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s face, arms, legs, etc. on the ground that he did not provide KRW 100,000 to the victim’s residence at around 00:50 on January 10, 2017.

E. On January 15, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime of assaulting the victim at around 18:00 on January 15, 2017, on the ground that the victim was able to smoke in the said victim’s residence, and thus, the Defendant committed assault, such as the victim’s flaging the head of the pregnant victim’s hair, and walking the victim’s boat once.

F. On January 28, 2017, the Defendant committed a crime on January 28, 2017: (a) assaulted the victim’s face, bridge, etc. on the ground that the victim did not immediately enter his/her house while drinking alcohol in the said victim’s residence on January 28, 2017.

G. On February 2, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime and around February 2017, at around February 2017, considered the victim to be the Hague in the residence of the said victim.

For the reason that he said, assaulted the victim's arms and legs for drinking.

H. The Defendant committed the crime on April 7, 2017, with the victim’s residence around 03:00 on April 7, 2017.
