A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

From the end of October 2016 to November 20, 2016, the Defendant and the victim D (the age of 21) began with living together in the Gunpo-si building E, Si, Gunpo-si, which is the victim’s residence from around the end of October 2016 to around January 21, 2017.

1. Violence;

A. On November 25, 2016, at around 19:00 on November 25, 2016, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s head, arms, and legs several times on the ground that the victim made a false statement about sexual intercourse with the past male-child relationship.

B. On December 6, 2016, the Defendant appears to have written indictment at around 23:20 on December 6, 2016, “11:20” appears to be a clerical error [the date and time of the damage to this part of this part was stated by the investigative agency at around 11:20 (the page 9,44 of the investigation record)]. On the ground that the Defendant, on the ground that he and she made a male and telephone call from a PC room in gold-dong, Geumpo-si, Sipo-si, Gunpo-si, he assaulted twice the victim’s son.

At around 03:00 on December 24, 2016, the Defendant: (a) taken the victim’s face and head several times, and assaulted the victim’s body several times on the ground that the victim made a false statement of sexual intercourse with his/her past male-child relationship; and (b) taken the victim’s face and head several times.

On December 27, 2016, around 08:00 on December 27, 2016, the Defendant assaulted the victim's body at several times on the ground that the victim made a false statement about sexual intercourse with the past male-gu.

E. On January 1, 2017, around 08:00, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s head, face, and arms and legs in a single-time manner at the victim’s residence.

F. On January 4, 2017, at around 13:00, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s body several times on the ground that the victim made a false statement on sexual intercourse with the past male-gu, in the victim’s residence.

G. On January 6, 2017, at around 18:00, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s head at several times on the ground that the victim made a false statement about sexual intercourse with the past male-gu in the victim’s residence.
