A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was aware of the victim C (32) and early axis, and was pro-friendly. However, around July 2015, the Defendant became aware of the fact that the victim and the Defendant’s former wife D (M, 33 years of age) were in an inhumane relationship in the past, and became aware of the fact that the victim and the Defendant were in an inhumane relationship.

A. On July 8, 2015, around July 19, 2015, the Defendant used the victim's face at around 10 times on the ground that the injured person was in in a imperme relationship with the front wife of the Defendant in the Defendant's residence on July 8, 2015, and used the victim's face at around 10 times with his hand.

On July 12, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime around July 12, 2015, at around 19:00 the Defendant’s residence, for the foregoing reasons, assaulted the victim by walking the victim’s face and chests twice.

E. On July 30, 2015, around July 30, 2015, the Defendant assaulted the victim on his/her hand on the ground that the victim did not reflect his/her mistake in the Defendant’s residence on July 30, 2015.

F. On August 5, 2015, the Defendant committed a crime around August 5, 2015 at the Defendant’s residence around August 5, 2015.
