A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On February 11, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act by the Incheon District Court on February 11, 2015, and for the same year.

Criminal facts

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Trading and delivery of philophones;

A. around February 7, 2016, the Defendant granted approximately 0.1g of philophones contained in D’s single-use fraud, at around the residence of the Defendant located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Yeonsu-gu, and 402.

B. Around March 17, 2016, the Defendant purchased 00,000 won of the purchase price of a penphone to D, and around 18:00 on the same day, the Defendant purchased phiphones by taking approximately 0.1g of a penphone, which is contained in D’s fraud, within D’s car stopped in front of the Incheon Yeonsu-gu E apartment complex, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, in light of 18:00 on the same day.

On September 6, 2016, the Defendant purchased 0.15 gramphones in the middle-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, using approximately 0.15 gramphones in the same place as H around the same day at around 16:00 on the same day, from around 15:30 to around 15 gramphones.

2. The Defendant who administered philophones shall be subject to the foregoing paragraph 1(c).

After the purchase of philophones as described in this subsection, 0.1g of philophones in the guest room of the above Gel 208 was administered by inserting about 0.1g of philophones in a beer.
