Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Trading of philophones, and medication;

A. On January 13, 2016, at around 17:30, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.1g of philopon, which is contained in E’s disposable fraud from around the D community service center located in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, for KRW 100,000,000.

B. On January 13, 2016, around 18:10, the Defendant sold KRW 0.1g of philopon on the front road in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, for KRW 100,000,000 to G for one-time strawing fraud.

On March 26, 2016, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.05g 0.05g of philophones, which were entered in the 1st week fraud from E, at the same place as around 17:00, around 17:00, at KRW 50,000.

On March 26, 2016, around 18:00, the Defendant administered approximately 0.05g of opononononon in the Plaintiff’s dwelling place located in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, for once, into the fraud of oponon on a single-time basis, and by dilution with bio-water, for injection into the bloodline.

2. Smoking or possessing marijuana;

A. On March 29, 2016, at around 15:00, the Defendant smoked by deducting tobacco from a horse in his/her residence, which was located in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City H lending 101, by inserting approximately 0.5gg of the hemp, and attaching a fire to it.

B. On March 29, 2016, around 15:20 on March 29, 2016, the Defendant sent approximately 0.04g of hemps on the paper of the calendar at the same place as that of paragraph 2(a), and was committed for the purpose of smoking.
