A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant traded and administered the Metetop cloper (hereinafter “copon”; hereinafter “philopon”), which is a local mental medicine, as follows.

A. On August 2017, the Defendant purchased from F the philopon volume ( approximately KRW 3 canal fraud volume) of 100,000,000, from the front side of the water base near Incheon Gyeyang-gu, E in Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, the Defendant purchased from F the philopon volume of KRW 100,00.

B. The Defendant, at the same time and at the same place, put in the philophones purchased as above ( approximately 1 column of disposable frauds) one time into the balon fraud, and administered them by dilution with water and injecting them into one’s arms.

On August 2017, the Defendant administered 11:00 G Apartment G apartment 209 Dong 1604 at the Defendant’s residence in Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, Incheon, in the same manner as the philophones (one-time fraud fraud, approximately 1 column).

9. From F in the alley near Gyeyang-gu Incheon, the Defendant purchased the philopon volume of 100,000 won ( approximately 3 partitions of disposable fraud) from F in the middle of Gyeyang-gu, Incheon.

E. On October 6, 2017, at around 04:30, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 200,000 from K from Jcom 306 in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu I; and (b) purchased and sold phiphones by means of dilution with water and spraying them into K; and (c) administered phiphones by means of drinking in water.

F. On October 16, 2017, the Defendant, at around 15:00, injected in his/her arms by dilutioning it with water into his/her own arms in Incheon Gyeyang-gu L apartment, and with 105 Dong 302 of 105 (1 column for disposable fraud).

G. On November 6, 2017, around 21:40, the Defendant purchased philophones from N to KRW 200,000,00,000, from the south-gu Incheon Metropolitan City M history.

H. On November 7, 2017, the Defendant is at a Psing room located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-guO around 01:00.
