Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. From February 25, 2013 to February 03:20 on February 26, 2013, from around 18:00 to February 26, 2013, the Defendant called “E” on the third floor of the “E” building located in Kangwon-gun, Gangwon-gun, using the fact that he/she was entrusted with the management of the said house, he/she owns four cards per capita using G and H, together with G and H, for three times after holding four cards for three times, and finally possesses the board money by changing the number of card four different from the number of card four in which he/she was finally in possession, a person with the card whose number is the lowest by comparing the largest number of days among them stands at approximately 4 million won in total and approximately 20 times in total and called “E”.
