A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At the office located in Daejeon Seo-gu Daejeon District Court on October 2, 2014, the Defendant established E (6 months of imprisonment for fraud, 2 years of suspended execution, 2 years of imprisonment with prison labor at the Daejeon District Court on October 2, 2014, and the judgment on October 11 of the same month) and Kameras in the ceiling, and prepared one-name card, special sirens, radio-phones and non-electric phoness of radio receivers necessary for gambling, and recruited gambling persons.

From November 14, 2012 to 14:30 on November 14, 2012, the Defendant: (a) enticed the victim F, G, and H from the above office to gambling; (b) had engaged in gambling; (c) had 150,000 to 3,000 won in one sheet using 52 Trum card; (d) had four card per person; and (e) had four carded each accordingly, exchange and distribution; and (e) had four cardless forms and numbers different; and (e) had the lowest number of carded in four carded “Ba” 160 times in this part.

In fact, the Defendant and E are engaged in gambling using a single-name card using special sirens and cameras, and radio phiphones, etc., and controlled the success of “biopia” gambling. However, the Defendant, in collusion with E, by deceiving the victims who believe that gambling was normally conducted, acquired property from the victim F, approximately KRW 17 million from the victim F, approximately KRW 4.2 million from the victim G, and approximately KRW 2.2 million from the victim H as a gold.
