Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a medical corporation, which is a doctor and outside of the hospital, and the defendant medical corporation B is a corporation established for the purpose of establishing and operating medical institutions.

1. Defendant A

(a) No medical person who has violated the Medical Service Act shall prepare a false medical record, etc. or make an additional entry or revision intentionally differently from the fact;

Around 08:30 on October 25, 2014, the Defendant stated that he/she performed an operation on the left knee on October 25, 2014 and the right knee on October 27, 2014 in the electronic medical records of E, even though he/she performed an operation on both knee and knee on both sides of E.

Accordingly, the defendant prepared false medical records.

B. On October 25, 2014, the Defendant: (a) stated that he/she performed knee-free surgery of both E on October 25, 2014; (b) stated that he/she performed knee-free surgery throughout this framework in the medical records; (c) based on this, prepared a statement of medical care benefit cost statement that he/she performed knee-free surgery of spine anesthesia and anesthesia (0.5% of 0.5% of anesthesia); (d) reported that he/she administered kne-free infection for 2 days; and (e) claimed medical care cost for employees in poor name of the Review and Assessment Service of the Victim Health Insurance Corporation on January 5, 2015; and (e) obtained money exceeding 105,640 won of the amount of medical benefits to be actually paid by the victim and

2. A, an employee of the Defendant medical corporation B, prepared a false medical record of the Defendant’s business at the same time and place as the above paragraph 1(a).
