Punishment of the crime
From May 3, 2011, the Defendant is an intention to operate the “D Council member” in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
1. No medical person who has violated the Medical Service Act shall prepare a false medical record, etc. or make an additional entry or revision intentionally differently from the fact;
