The defendant shall be innocent.

1. The Defendant: (a) around October 2013, at the end of the facts charged in the instant case, entered a restaurant that C works as an employee and became aware of his female; (b) thereafter, (c) around November 201 of the same year, C maintained a close close gap, such as having kept the Defendant’s Kim Funeral, and (d) from around December 2 of the same year, C kept in custody of it, but C continued bullying, such as having contacted or frequented with C from time to time to time, having a doping to change Kim Kimchi, which he left the Defendant at a distance of the Defendant and left the Defendant, and having a sexual intercourse with C, and attaching a page on the front door of the house of C.

On December 13, 2013, at around 00:20 on December 13, 2013, the Defendant demanded that C leave the “E” restaurant, which is operated by Seo-gu Daejeon, as an employee, to C, left C. However, C unilaterally committed an assault, such as “Franchi, brought about 2 weeks later,” and “Franchi, brought about 2 weeks later,” and the face part of C’s face to be taken twice due to the defect A’s own drinking, and became a wife to immediately report it to the police and undergo an investigation.

On December 17, 2013, the Defendant prepared a false complaint with respect to C by using a computer from the defendant's house located in Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu.

A written complaint states that "The defendant defendant C requested Kimchi at around 01:10 on December 13, 2013, 201, which was left by the complainant, but he reported by the complainant by threatening the living south of the defendant's person living together with the defendant, and exercised violence, such as making the complainant's face hick and hicking the defendant's face, and making verbal abuse, and causing criminal punishment." As above, the defendant unilaterally assaulted C and attempted to flee at the above time, and there was no assault by C, which was committed by the defendant.

Nevertheless, on December 18, 2013, the defendant is a civil petition office of the Daejeon Western Police Station located in multiple Dongs, Seo-gu, Daejeon.
