The prosecutor's appeal is dismissed.

1. Although the court below found the defendant not guilty of the facts in light of the consistent statement of the defendant C, who is the defendant, and the circumstances leading to the complaint of this case, etc., it erred in the misunderstanding of facts against the objective truth.

2. Determination

A. The summary of the facts charged is as follows: (a) around October 2013, the Defendant came to know of his female as an employee at a restaurant; (b) around November 201 of the same year, and (c) around November 2, 2013, the Defendant provided his female to his female free of charge; and (c) C maintained a close close gap, such as having kept the Defendant’s Kim-Ckim, which was in custody; (d) from around December 2 of the same year, C had a face-to-face-to-face talked with C from time to time, having a doping to change Kim Kim-kim, which he left the Defendant’s seat, and had a sexual intercourse with C, and continuously bullying, such as attaching a page on the front door of C’s house.
