Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant served as a manager at a store selling company for women with “C” operated by B, and the victim D served as the head of the above “C” company.

The defendant suffered a dispute with B, and the victim provided B with materials recording the defendant's statement for B, with a mind to slander the victim.

1. Defluence;

A. On November 14, 2014, at around 21:29, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by stating that “the victim is also a lux of lux of 100 per month,” on the Defendant’s Pest bulletin board, “the lux of lux of 100 per month.”

On November 22, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on Promotion, etc. of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (Defamation) (hereinafter “Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection Act”): (a) around 22:35, 2014, on the Defendant’s Pest bulletin board; (b) the Defendant did not have any connection with B or improper relationship with B; and (c) there was no fact that the victim was frighting the divorce; and (d) the mother of the victim did not doubt the relationship between B and the victim or told B that he did not contact B; and (b) the Defendant would introduce and
