Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

그럼에도 피고인은 2013. 10. 1.경 피고인의 휴대전화(C) 페이스북을 이용하여 직장동료인 피해자 D(여, 32세)에게 “한땐 정말 당신 뒷모습 몰래 훔쳐보며 마음 설랫고, 옆자리에 앉은 당신 모습 흘깃하거나 밝게 웃는 모습 보며 행복했었던 적도 있었죠. 뭐 잔혹하고 냉소적인 외면하던 당신 모습조차 되새김질하며 그렸었죠. 상상 아닌 망상에 시달리고, 당신이랑 밥 먹고 웃고 떠들고 당신을 안아보는. 저 저런 뒤를 생각해보지도 않고 무작정 당신에게 빠져들어 버렸던 제 자신이 원망스러워요.”라는 내용의 메시지를 보내 피해자에게 불안감을 유발한 것을 비롯하여 그 무렵부터 2013. 10. 3. 08:30경까지 별지 범죄일람표 기재와 같이 총 8회에 걸쳐 피해자에게 페이스북을 이용하여 불안감을 유발하는 문자를 반복적으로 보냈다.

2.
