Defendants are not guilty.

Indictment

1. Defendant A (Bribery) served in the intelligence team of the Gangnam Police Station from September 2008 to February 2, 2010, and currently serves in the Songpa Police Station violent Team.

On October 13, 2008, the Defendant received a request from J-cafeteria located in the G-gu Seoul Southern-gu I to deal well with L case, the president of K, who is a member of the police station across the country, who is conducting an investigation in accordance with the Act on Regulation of Receiving Similar Loans.

On October 24, 2008, the Defendant received two million won from the Gangnam Police Station upon C’s request from the Gangnam-gu branch office of Gangseo-gu, Seoul, to transfer L case, which is the chairperson of the (ju), who is an investigation being conducted by various police stations across the country due to the suspicion of violating the Act on the Regulation of Conducting Fund-Raising Business without Permission, on the charge of violating the Act on the Regulation of Conducting Fund-Raising Business without Permission, and received two million won from the place.

B. On December 15, 2008, the Defendant received KRW 5 million from C to the effect that the Defendant was issued an audit by stating that “each case was transferred to the Gangseo-gu Police Station, and L will not be detained,” at the J restaurant located near the I branch of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.”

C. On December 29, 2008, the Defendant was issued KRW 5 million in cash included in the shopping bags to the effect that the Defendant and the police officers of Gangnam-gu Seoul Northern Police Station Economic Team, and intelligence teams were allowed to undergo an investigation into the instant case at a place where the Defendant and the police officers of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Northern Police Station were able to see, and that the case was not detained until that time.

Around January 22, 2009, the Defendant received KRW 4 million in cash from the Defendant to the effect that the Defendant was able to keep well the indication and reputation of the audit and inspection of the case during the instant period from the 2nd floor of N-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Seoul.

E. The Defendant, on January 2009, is often hicked to C at a Buddhist area of Seoul (Seoul) and lower level.
