Punishment of the crime

[2013Kadan595] The Defendant, at the Seoul Western District Court on December 17, 2008, sentenced 2 years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (fence) and completed the execution of the sentence at the Seoul Western District Court on June 17, 2010.

At around 17:00 on March 8, 2013, the Defendant, even if not a person handling narcotics, opened a passenger car on the road number plate in the vicinity of the “D” located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, on the pipe made of 0.03g of psychotropic drugs, which are psychotropic substances, and 0.5g of hemp, which are psychotropic substances possessed by scambamin, on the pipe made of scam. 0.5g of the hemp, administered the Mepta, and smoked marijuana by heating the following:

[2013Gohap832] On June 28, 2011, the Defendant destroyed the property equivalent to KRW 72,000,00, by drinking a part of the front glass (a 157 cm, 70 cm in length, 5 cm in thickness) of the guard room managed by the Victim F (70 years of age) on the first floor of the building in Gangseo-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Seoul, without any reason.
