Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 22, 2018, the Defendant’s insultd, around 22:55, in the outdoor stage near Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Personnel Dongdong-ro, 112 reported while sitting in the stage facilities, and continued to refuse a request from the victim B and the guards C to move to another place.

From D managing the above outdoor stage facilities, the above police officers sought explanation that “the defendant demanded to move the above outdoor stage facilities to safety areas, but he was a mentally ill person and refused to move and reported the movement.” As above, the above police officers requested the defendant to move, and the defendant continued to refuse the movement, and led to the movement to be near the scennas.

The Defendant openly insulting the victims by “this son, the police officers are looking at and raising only a mentally ill person’s speech, impule, grow, and brue,” and obsessing them to the large interest.”

2. The Defendant, at the same time and place as in the preceding paragraph, brought an objection to the police officer B and security guards who moved himself as above, and brought an objection to the police officer B and security guards. Then, the Defendant was able to make the patrol officer not to proceed with the patrol officer by holding the boom before the patrol officer immediately before the patrol.
