Punishment of the crime

1. Each intimidation;

A. The victim threatened the victim by stating that he/she would have leaked.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (obscenity using communications media);

A. On October 5, 2016, at the same place as the foregoing 1-A around 00:32 on October 5, 2016, the Defendant sent one head of his/her sexual organ photograph via his/her own portable phone to the G Mesenger, thereby inducing or satisfying his/her or another person’s sexual desire, thereby allowing the victim to receive images that may cause sexual humiliation or aversion through a communications medium for the purpose of inducing or meeting the victim’s or other person’s sexual desire.

B. On October 13, 2016, at the same place as the foregoing paragraph (a) around 23:55, the Defendant sent five copies of his/her sexual photography via his/her portable phone to the phone Gabsen, thereby inducing or satisfying his/her or another person’s sexual desire, thereby allowing the victim to receive images that may cause a sense of sexual humiliation or aversion through a communication medium for the purpose of inducing or satisfying his/her or another person’s sexual desire.
