The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. No words, sounds, letters, pictures, images, or other things that may cause a sense of sexual humiliation or aversion through telephone, mail, computer, or other means of communication shall be sent to the other party for the purpose of inducing or meeting the facts charged in the instant case or another person's sexual desire;

On July 30, 2012, at around 17:10, the Defendant sent video conversations to the victim D (years 13 and n) who became aware of the Defendant’s residence of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C apartment 101 Dong 1902, through the hosting site to satisfy his sexual desire, and displayed the Defendant’s sexual organ, thereby causing sexual humiliation to the victim.

2. On July 30, 2012, at around 17:18, the Defendant, at the above Defendant’s residence, sent video conversations to the victim E (13 years of age, women) for the purpose of meeting the sexual desire, and sent images causing sexual humiliation to the above victim by showing the Defendant’s sexual organ.

3. On October 30, 2012, at around 16:22, the Defendant, in the above Defendant’s residence, opened a video call to the victim F (the 14-year-old-old-age-age-age-age-age-age-age-age-age-of-age-age-age-age-of-age-age-age-age-of-age-age-age-of-the-counter-age-age-age-age-age-of-age-age-age-of-the-counter-age-age-age-age-age-of-age-age-of-the-counter-age-age-

4. On October 30, 2012, at around 18:00 on October 30, 2012, the Defendant sent video conversations to the victim G (the age of 14, female) and displayed the Defendant’s sexual organ, thereby causing sexual humiliation to the above victim.

2. Each of the facts charged in the instant case constitutes Article 12 of the former Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Amended by Act No. 11556, Dec. 18, 2012; hereinafter the same shall apply) and may be prosecuted only upon a complaint filed by the victim.
