Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 29, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 00:00 on January 29, 2020, the Defendant issued an order of KRW 120,000 in total of market prices of beer and beer, such as beer and beer and beer, to the victim B, as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the drinking value, and would normally pay the drinking value to the victim B, and was provided with the said alcohol and beer by the victim.

2. 3. On December 22, 2019, the Defendant issued an order of KRW 70,000,00 in total of the market price of KRW 20,00,00 per share of KRW 30,00,00 per share of KRW 20,00 per share of the 30,000 per share of the market price to the victim I, on December 22, 2019, at the “K” point operated by the victim I on the part of the victim I on the part of J-I, Busan, Busan, for the following reasons: (a) the Defendant would have pretended to pay the drinking value in a normal manner despite the lack of intent or ability to pay the drinking value; and (b) the Defendant received from the victim the above alcohol and the alcohol from the victim.
