A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 4, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for a crime of fraud at a flood control center. On November 24, 2016, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence at a flood control center.

1. On December 10, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 00:05, the Defendant: (b) “E store” operated by the Victim D in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si; (c) deemed that the Defendant would normally pay the price despite having no intent or ability to pay the price in a normal manner even if he/she orders alcoholic beverages and beverages; (d) ordered the Victim’s alcoholic beverage and alcoholic beverage to the victim; and (c) the Defendant was provided with alcoholic beverage and alcoholic beverage equivalent to KRW 32,00 in total at the market price, including two alcoholic beverages, three alcoholic beverages, and one alcoholic beverage, and one alcoholic beverage, respectively.

2. "2017 Highest 2921".

A. On February 23, 2017, at around 20:0, the Defendant: (a) committed an act as if he would pay the alcohol value; (b) on the part of the victim G management “H” located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si; and (c) did not have any intent or ability to pay the alcohol value because it did not have any other means of settlement; (d) the Defendant ordered the victim to pay the alcohol value; and (e) issued the victim with the alcohol and alcohol equivalent to the sum of KRW 42,00,00, such as beer, beer, and so forth.

B. On February 23, 2017, at the main point of “H” as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (a) around 20:00, the Defendant: (a) the victim G and his employees paid the drinking value to the Defendant; (b) the damaged party ging a Si fee, paid the drinking value to the Defendant; and (c) the Defendant “no money exists”; and (d) the Defendant ging that “I will pay the Defendant the drinking value to the Defendant; and (b) the Defendant would pay the money of why he reported.”

From around 20:35 to 20:35 on the same day, it interfered with the victim's main business by force, such as having other customers drink the disturbance by drinking the disturbance.
