A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

In the case of children of foreign commercial employees, the eligibility for the special screening shall be granted only when they have taught the middle and high school course in a foreign country for two consecutive years or three years or more, including the principal of a commercial employee who works in a foreign country.

The husband C of the defendant served as the head of the (State) D's factory in the Republic of China from February 2001 to April 2007, the defendant served as the head of the (State) factory in the Republic of China from February 2001 to April 2007, and from September 2009 to September 2009, the defendant served as the general head of the F's factory in the Republic of China from September 2009.

The Defendant had his/her married G complete the course of middle and high school in China by having his/her married G submit the aforementioned certificate of career.
