Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Justice] On March 16, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. on October 10, 2007; imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court on April 7, 2009; on October 28, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months on January 22, 2013.
【Criminal Facts】
1. On September 2, 2014, at around 2:00, the Defendant: (a) opened the said restaurant, which was corrected, destroyed, and intruded into the said restaurant; (b) then, the Defendant: (c) carried 140,000 won in cash, which is the victim’s possession, located in the Kabter credit cooperative; and (d) stolen it.
2. From around 2:00 to around 3:00 on September 13, 2014, the Defendant opened the said restaurant warehouse to the “H” restaurant operated by the victim G in the Hanam-gun F, Gyeongnam-gun, and damaged the restaurant door connected to the said warehouse by hand and damaged it to the restaurant, and entered the restaurant, and then intruded into the restaurant, the Defendant took 20,000 won in cash, which is the victim’s possession, located in the Kabter’s depository.
3. At around 2:00 on September 24, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a new sales store operated by the Victim M in Jinju L; (b) opened the back corrective device of the said store into the said store after being sneeped out and damaged; and (c) intruded into the said store; and (d) opened the cash owned by the victim in Jinju at that place at that place at that place at the point at the point at the rate of KRW 100,000 and the market price of KRW 600,000,000 as the cash owned by the victim; and (b) Tina Lina, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 10,00,000,000.
