Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, as to the Defendants for two years from the date of the final judgment of this case, the Defendants are above.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On February 10, 2016, the Defendant: (a) 17:16 around 17:5, 2016, the Defendant saw one male loget equivalent to KRW 370,000 in the market price, which was suffering from a crepan in the “G” managed by the Victim F (F (FF) of the fifth floor in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu) by the victim F (F (FF) of the fifth floor of the fiveth floor; and (b) committed theft by using the gap in which the employee’s surveillance

On May 1, 2016, around 18:00, the Defendant: (a) stolen a part of a child half-sale line with the market price of KRW 128,000 at a display stand at “K,” which was under the control of the victim J (M, 50) at the place of a six-story child uniforms event located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; and (b) committed a theft by taking advantage of the gaps in which the employees’ surveillance was neglected.

On May 1, 2016, at around 18:00, the Defendant stolen one of the 585,000 bamboo bags in the display stand at “M” stores managed by the victim L (M) in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, 38 years old, using the gap in which the employee’s surveillance was neglected.

E. At around 13:00 on August 15, 2016, the Defendant: (a) stolen each one of the boomer’s booms equivalent to KRW 29,000 in the display stand using the gap of booming boom at the venue managed by the Victim P (L, L, 49 years of age) located in the Daegu mid-gu N; (b) around 13:00, the Defendant cut off the boomer’s one at the display stand of booming boom at the market price of KRW 29,00 in the display stand.

2. Defendants’ co-principal conduct

A.
