1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On August 27, 2010, the Defendant violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act on two or more occasions by receiving a fine of KRW 1.5 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (dacting driving), and a fine of KRW 2.5 million by the same court on March 22, 2011.

[Criminal facts]

1. Around January 20, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (divated driving) driven a C-A-A-car under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.067% from the 500-meter section to the front day of the regular course of business located in the Seo-gu Special Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Gwangju to the end of the regular course of business.

Around January 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) driven alcohol as described in the preceding paragraph on the road of the regular school located in the center of the Seo-gu regular course of business in Gwangju, Seo-gu; (b) was subject to the Defendant’s pro-friendly F, and was subject to the Defendant’s test of drinking control and drinking; (c) the Defendant’s act as if he was the Defendant’s pro-friendly F; and (d) the Defendant’s act as if he was the Defendant’s friendly F; and (d) the Defendant’s act as having received the Defendant’s statement of the driver’s situation; and (d) the Defendant’s name was written in the “F,” and the Defendant’s personal seal was affixed on his name; and (e) submitted the two documents to the said E to be bound into the investigation records by submitting them to the said E, who was aware of the forgery of the signature.

Accordingly, the defendant forged and used another person's signature for the purpose of exercising the right.
