Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On August 29, 2017, around 15:28, the Defendant, using smartphones (galon No. 5) on which a gallon’s flab was removed from the back of the victim F (name, fluor, age 24) who reported books in the first floor E store underground of the building of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, Songpa-gu, using smartphones (galon No. 5) on which the gallon’s flab was removed as a video.
Accordingly, the Defendant taken the body of another person, which may cause sexual humiliation or shame, against his will.
2. On August 29, 2017, the Defendant, at the same place as before and after the end of 15:37, taken a video image of a female victim under a name, who reported a book to cover a chrode with a chrode, in which he/she recorded a chrode, in the same manner as that of the female victim.
Accordingly, the Defendant taken the body of another person, which may cause sexual humiliation or shame, against his will.
3. On August 29, 2017, the Defendant, at the same place as at around 15:56 on August 29, 2017, taken a video image of the lower half of the boom in the same manner as in the name of a female victim who was unable to report his/her name, having a white string and red straw, having recorded a white straw, and having recorded a white string.
Accordingly, the Defendant taken the body of another person, which may cause sexual humiliation or shame, against his will.

5. On August 29, 2017, the Defendant, at the same place as before and after around 16:08, taken a flab in the same manner as that of a female victim, who suffered a green stack and a yellow flab and reported a book, and taken a flab by the same method.
Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of another person, which may cause sexual humiliation or shame, against his will.
