Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. On December 1, 2016, the Plaintiff leased the lease deposit of KRW 180,000,000 from the Defendant to December 5, 2018, the lease deposit of KRW 180,000 from December 6, 2016, and the lease deposit of KRW 180,00,000 to the Defendant on December 6, 2016.
B. Since the above lease agreement has expired on December 6, 2018, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the lease deposit amount of KRW 180 million.
