1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000;

Punishment of the crime

On February 18, 2016, the Defendant driven a Bcoison cargo vehicle around 18:05, and proceeded along the two-lane of the D in front of the D in Gwangju Northern-gu C along the two-lanes from the shooting distance of Samsung Home plug to the Hung District, while avoiding the cargo vehicle parked on the same lane and driving along the one-lanes along the one-lanes while changing the course.

However, according to the police statements of E and the black images installed on E vehicles, it is sufficiently recognized that the above change of course by the defendant was a threat to others.
