A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 16, 2016, the Defendant driven a CKankop vehicle on November 16, 2016, and proceeded along the two-lane intersection from the direction of the Gannam University, along the two-lanes in the direction of the Gan Elementary School.

After passing through the above intersection, the defendant tried to change the course to the two-lanes, and the victim FF (V, 36 years old)'s G HH car driving along the three-lanes in the same direction changed to the two-lanes first.
