The defendant is a driver of the B E-W car.

On April 12, 2016, at around 18:56, the Defendant changed the course of C (35 years, South) driving in the same direction into three lanes from the first lane to the third lane from the first lane to the third lane from the third lane in order to rapidly change the course of the C (35 years, South) driving in the same direction while driving at the 80km/h speed as average speed of 80km at 89.76km/h, depending on two lanes from the trade center, and did not secure the safety distance, thereby threatening others.
