A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates “D” to manufacture, sell, and distribute harmful chemicals in Daejeon-gu Seoul.

A person who intends to conduct hazardous chemical business shall submit documents, such as an outdoor impact assessment report, inspection report, hazard control plan, etc. in advance, as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Environment, and a person who has submitted such documents shall obtain permission from the Minister of Environment for each type of business by preparing facilities, equipment, and technical personnel for each hazardous chemical that meet the standards prescribed

Nevertheless, the defendant did not submit or obtain permission as above;

Between January 11, 2014 and December 17, 2015, a harmful chemical substance in D (toxic substance number: 97-1-382) manufactured wheelchairs products containing fluorine 2,250 (22,50 g, 18,000 g, 18,000 g, each of which) and sold fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s g.

2. Between January 11, 2014 and December 17, 2015, from the point of view, manufacturing 925 amdyke C products (18,500 gg, 12,000 won per 12,00 g) of wastewater treatment chemicals containing 20.2% of fishery amdyium (toxic substance number: 97-1-136) by dilution in water in the above D and selling seven chemical products to G located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F around July 10, 2014, and engaging in or treating harmful chemical substances by selling them to the Director of the National Bureau.
